Refund Policy for Jotverse.
We value our subscribers and understand that sometimes, a product might not meet expectations. For that reason, we have a clear and simple refund policy in place.
1. Universal Right of Withdrawal
- All Consumers, no matter where you are based, have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of starting or renewing the monthly subscription, without providing any reason.
2. How to Request a Refund
- If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please reach out to us at hello@jotverse.com. Please ensure that you include the email address that you used for your Jotverse account.
- It’s essential to initiate the withdrawal process within the 14-day period from the start of your subscription.
3. Refund Amount
- For users who haven’t utilized the app services during the 14-day period, a full refund will be provided.
- If you’ve accessed or used our services during this time and then decide to withdraw, a pro-rated amount will be refunded based on your usage of the the service.
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notification.
4. Payment Method
- Your refund will be returned via the same payment method you used for the subscription unless a different method is mutually agreed upon.
- You won’t be subjected to any fees or additional charges due to the refund process.
5. Exceptions
- Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, we will not be able to process a refund.
- Should you initiate the use of our services with your approval, and decide to withdraw thereafter, you’ll be charged proportionally based on the service utilized up to the point of withdrawal.
